David Mann is the President & CEO of the Lucas County Land Bank, a public non-profit based in Toledo, Ohio that is building neighborhoods and investing in people to create lasting positive change. In his role, David manages a staff of 9 talented professionals and a current budget of over $15 million. Since the Land Bank was founded in 2010, it has returned over 7,000 vacant, tax-delinquent, and deteriorated properties to productive use, created hundreds of homeownership and business opportunities, and been awarded $60 million in external grant funding. David has been actively involved in redevelopment, public policy, and land banking for 18 years and is the Treasurer and a founding board member of the Ohio Land Bank Association. An attorney, David graduated from The University of Toledo College of Law with the highest honors. He lives in Toledo with his husband, Eugenio Mollo, Jr.
