Jeb Reece is the Landbank Manager at Intend Indiana (formerly Renew Indianapolis). In his role at Intend, Jeb manages the Indianapolis Land Bank in partnership with the City of Indianapolis, while assisting in affordable housing development, project planning, grant writing, and partnership development.

Jeb is a graduate of Ball State University’s College of Architecture and Planning. In the evenings, he is a part-time J.D. student at the IU McKinney School of Law. He is passionate about property law, fair housing, land use, and historic preservation. As a lifelong Hoosier, Jeb is proud to advocate for Indiana communities through both his studies and his work at Intend.
