Strategy is always a progressing discipline. With global attention on overall sustainability beyond economic sustainability, organizations need to develop a novel method to incorporate long-range planning to ensure its survival and prosperity, as well as environment, social, and governance (ESG) into its strategic plan as well. In this keynote, the real case study done at the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand will be shared by the dean and the strategy consultant, from the purpose of the seven-year strategic plan, process of strategy formulation involving multiple stakeholders along ESG framework, challenges, to the final recommendations.
