Barbara Collins has over 20 years’ experience as a manager and department head in both government and private organizations. She has more than 30 years’ experience in organization development and strategic planning as both an internal and external consultant.
She has proven leadership and management experience, including program development, effective performance measurement, data-driven decision-making, personnel management, and finance.
Ms. Collins recently retired as a Global Partner at Haines Centre for Strategic Management, has been a contributing member of the Association for Training and Development, the Mid-Atlantic Facilitators Network, and the Chesapeake Bay Organization Development Network, and has served as President and board member of both the Juvenile Justice Trainers Association and the International Association of Correctional Training
