He has over thirty-five years of executive leadership and strategy experience and holds many certifications including Strategic Management Professional, Strategic Planning Professional and Balanced Scorecard Professional. Prior to joining LBL Strategies, Doug served for eleven years as the Senior Director of Strategy and Business Development in the Senior living and healthcare industry and has also served as a board member for Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital. In his free time Doug enjoys spending time with his family, reading, boating, golfing and the Chicago Cubs (Sometimes)!
