Elizabeth started her career in housing working in property management, where her experiences ranged from student focus housing around University of Michigan’s campus to affordable housing communities in Detroit. Elizabeth’s experiences working on the Landlord end of housing led her to pursue a way to be part of the solution for families experiencing housing crises. She joined SOS Community Services’ Housing Team in 2021. Along with her work with the general population as Housing Supports Coordinator for clients with Housing Choice Vouchers, she is a case manager for Rising Hope for Housing a program for households impacted by the carceral system.
