Rodnesha Ross, a Detroit native and lifelong advocate for her community, serves as the Executive Director of Youth Community Agency (YCA), a nonprofit organization she founded in 2013. Inspired by her mother's dedication to community service and her own passion for supporting young women, Rodnesha established YCA to empower African American teen moms and low-income families in the Metro Detroit area. Her commitment to education, mentorship, and housing stability has been instrumental in YCA's growth and impact.
