Sharon Lapides graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a BS in Physical Education K-12 and the University of Michigan with a MSW specializing in Administration. She has over 25 years of experience in non-profit administration most of which has been committed to preventing and ending homelessness. Sharon is experienced with understanding the needs of landlords and tenant as well as the housing market and the challenges people have in accessing safe, affordable housing. She has extensive knowledge of Rapid Re-Housing, ESG, Permanent Support Housing, Housing Choice Vouchers and the CERA Program. Sharon is currently working with the Washtenaw Housing Alliance as a Community Housing Locator.
