This dynamic workshop, led by Kenneth Smith, Founder of Grace Mar Services Inc., equips community leaders with the tools and strategies needed to address today’s complex challenges through innovative thinking and collaborative problem-solving. Drawing on Kenneth’s extensive experience in corporate and community sectors, as well as his certifications in RP3 Strategies ™, Six Sigma™, and the Cynefin™ framework, participants will explore proven methods to foster sustainable solutions.

Participants will engage with powerful tools, including the Black Box ™ for collaborative dialogue and Next Move Impact Planning, a scenario-based planning approach to assess the impact of decisions before implementation. Through hands-on exercises and real-world case studies, community leaders will learn to harness creativity, strategic foresight, and adaptive thinking to drive positive change.
