Amber Power has dedicated her career to empowering organizations and communities and fostering growth and resiliency. Engagement Manager for the Wyoming Business Council, she supports local leaders in achieving strategic goals and piloted the innovative Assessment to Action (A2A) program. Developed through her training and experience, A2A helps organizations, communities, and industries identify challenges, break down barriers, and craft tailored solutions for stronger local economies.

Amber’s work is shaped by her collaboration with the Harvard Kennedy School’s Building State Capabilities program, where she applies Problem-Driven Iterative Adaptation (PDIA) principles, and her training in leadership and innovative iteration from Stanford's Graduate School of Business. She is also a certified practitioner in Strategic Doing, a framework for agile and collaborative problem-solving.

With extensive experience consulting organizations across Wyoming and the Midwest, she focuses on leadership, coaching, planning, and iterative action. Amber has presented on leadership and strategy at numerous conferences and training sessions and was honored with the Distinguished Alumni award by the UW Business College for her impactful service to rural communities.
