This session will discuss implementation of the Supportive Services Transformation Fund (SSTF), including the purpose of the funding, outcomes from the first 2 years of implementation, and future plans. SSTF provides funding for the enhancement and expansion of permanent supportive housing (PSH) services, allowing organizations to provide more intensive and higher quality services to their PSH residents as well as serve additional PSH residents throughout the state. Presenters will discuss outcomes that clearly demonstrate the impact of reducing case-load sizes and enhancing services on the overall wellbeing of both PSH residents and staff.
