Angela Gill is the Program Manager for the Youth Homelessness Systems Improvement (YHSI) initiative at Lighthouse. She is passionate about building equitable, person-centered systems that uplift young people and promote long-term stability. Angela brings a grounded, thoughtful approach to cross-sector collaboration, always centering the voices and needs of youth. Her work is driven by a deep professional commitment to systems change and a personal belief in the power of strong, connected communities. Angela holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, a certificate in Nonprofit Management, and is a Board Certified Human Services Practitioner. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, backyard beekeeping, and exploring local trails and parks.
