Brett W. Sinclair is the Founder and Senior Strategist of Raven & Lotus LLC, specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy, organizational change management, and rural community development. He also serves as Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Sonder DEI Community Action Network and has consulted with Michigan’s Office of Rural Prosperity.

With 18 years of experience in strategic planning, policy development, and community engagement, Brett has led initiatives spanning housing, infrastructure, workforce development, and health equity. His leadership has supported the allocation of over $60 million in state funding, the launch of the Rural Readiness Network, and the design of innovative microgrant programs that strengthen local capacity.

Brett holds a BA in Psychology and Political Science from the University of British Columbia and is completing a Master of Social Work at Ferris State University. He is certified in Project Management, Change Management, and Intercultural Communication Facilitation.
