JM Triplett (they/them, he/his) is the Education and Facilitation Manager at the Ruth Ellis Center, where they lead trainings across child welfare, housing, behavioral health, and education, and oversee Journey Ahead, a program created with and for LGBTQ+ youth in foster care. With lived experience of housing insecurity and 25 years in faith leadership and community organizing, JM blends professional expertise in suicide intervention and de-escalation with a commitment to justice, equity, and collective healing.
