Jennifer Elmore is a public sector health and human services program administrator, strategic planner, and project manager with a decade of professional experience working in and with state and county governments, where she leads high-performing teams, multidisciplinary projects, and strategic initiatives. Elmore is a doctoral candidate at Southeastern University, where she is pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership (graduation expected April 2022). She holds a Master of Arts in Human Services from Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing from the University of Central Florida. Elmore also co-leads a Community of Practice for Emerging Professionals for the Association for Strategic Planning. Her previous publications and presentations include leadership, strategic planning, collaboration, ethics, and public health. Elmore is dedicated to creating a brighter, healthier future for individuals of all ages and backgrounds through collaboration, community engagement, and a commitment to planned action.
