Luis José Bourget García. By profession Business Administrator, in July 2008 he completed a Postgraduate Degree in Finance at the University of North Alabama (UNA) in the United States of America, a university where he is currently continuing his master's studies (MBA). Also he is a Doctor in Business Administration Candidate for the University of Colorado. He has participated in numerous training and specialization courses in the financial, budgeting and project management areas. He is currently a candidate for the international certification in project management (PMP) awarded by the Project Management Institute. Since September 2008, he has held the position of Director of the Planning and Budget Department of the Central Bank of the Dominican Republic.
