This session will provide an opportunity for participants to come together to talk about successes, challenges, what they were working on, how they go about organizing the work, and lessons learned. Attendees participating, in this 2 -part session (2 hours), will be broken out by Balance of state CoCs and Independent Jurisdictions (urban and rural) for facilitated discussion on topics such as structural and organizational best practices, standardized procedures, prevention, committee structures, gaining the participation of PWLE, communications, working with youth, LGTBQ and older adults, and collaboration. The two groups will then be brought back together to report out, explore commonalities and strategies for addressing gaps and identifying resources.
