There is a natural way that humans make wise decisions. By applying a sequence of inquiry that emulates this process, a skilled facilitator can elicit, gather, and report the wisdom of a group of people through workplace or community dialogue. The presenter has spent most of his career assisting groups by facilitating community dialogue on such issues as health access, community development, housing, and social justice. He will share and demonstrate his positive, action-oriented approach to tapping the wisdom of crowds.
