The DTE Energy team would like to present on the DTE Multifamily Program offerings, and the financial incentives offered to contractors and developers who make energy efficient upgrades. The DTE Multifamily Program applies to DTE serviced new construction and renovation properties with three or more units under one roof. The Program is seeking partnerships with multifamily developers who are receiving low-income tax credit financing.
