This conference session will provide attendees opportunities learn about the new MSHDA programs funded by the American Rescue Plan. The diverse programs address gaps in the Michigan Housing Ecosystem by targeting resources to very low-income to middle income households disproportionately impacted by the pandemic. The programs invest in preventing homelessness and home foreclosures, housing stabilization services, accessible and energy efficiency home repairs, homeownership with down payment assistance, and building accessible and affordable housing through the production of rental units and for sale housing.
