Gabrielle became chief operating officer at Accounting Aid Society in 2015. She joined the agency’s development staff in 2005 after nine years of private sector experience in Manufacturing. In 2012, she became director of operations and process improvement. Gabrielle blends systems thinking with exceptional program development and project management skills. Gabrielle is innovative and pioneers new approaches to issues both at the broader systems change level and at the service delivery level. She earned an MBA from University of Detroit-Mercy and a BS in Food Science from Michigan State University.
