Nichole Smith graduated from Walsh College with a Bachelor's in Business Administration. She began her professional career working for an entitlement community as an intern and found her passion working on Community Development Programs. Nichole administered CDBG, HOME, and NSP programs for over ten years. Nichole is currently a Senior CPD representative at the Detroit Field Office.
