Dominic Rios is a member attorney of Clark Hill PLC who represents syndicators, lenders, and developers in all aspects of affordable housing transactions utilizing low-income housing tax credits pursuant to Section 42 of the internal Revenue Code.

Dominic is also experienced in alternative or supplemental sources of financing for affordable housing transactions, including federal and state historic tax credits, HOME, AHP, tax-exempt bonds, and Rural Development programs, among others.
