Todd Krumwiede has served as Vice President of Originations for PNC Bank Real Estate’s Tax Credit Solutions Group since 2013. His responsibilities include originating and underwriting affordable housing transactions, implementing tax credit syndication, as well as construction & permanent debt financing. Based in Chicago, the majority of his territory includes the Midwest, such as Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Ohio. Prior to his current position at PNC, Todd held various positions at National Equity Fund throughout seven years, the most recent as an Acquisitions Officer for the Midwest Region.
