                                                    With over twenty years of experience in property management, primarily related to manufactured housing and self-storage, Kim has managed more than 60 manufactured housing communities (containing more than 15,000 pad sites), rv parks/campgrounds, apartment communities and self-storage facilities with diverse backgrounds; including 4-5 star properties for private real estate developers and/or private equity groups; troubled assets via a court appointed receivership; real estate owned assets on behalf of lenders and/or special servicers and distressed, turn around properties for private owners.
Additionally, Kim has led due diligence activities to a successful close on the acquisition of 42 manufactured housing communities, containing over 10,000 pad sites.
Kim is the Senior Vice President of Development for Cambio Communities, based in Southfield, MI. And, was recently appointed to the Michigan Manufactured Housing Commission by Governor Whitmer, representing operators of licensed manufactured housing communities through May, 2025.
