William (Bill) W. Anderson has more than 30 years of Real Estate Development experience and extensive knowledge of residential and mixed-use developments. His technical expertise includes roadway system design, public utilities, on-site wastewater systems, and stormwater management facilities. As a Senior Vice President for Atwell, Bill oversees operational activities throughout the Midwest, Northeast, and Mid-Atlantic regions and contributes to strategic growth, client relations and business development initiatives.
