In this session leaders will explore practical and biblically grounded frameworks for navigating both encouraging and challenging conversations with clarity, humility and grace. This session equips participants with tools to give feedback that builds trust rather than tension. Leaders will strengthen their ability to foster healthy collaboration among staff, navigate conflict with wisdom and engage families with confidence and care. Participants will leave with practical strategies they can immediately apply on their campuses to support a culture of trust, growth and unity that reflects Christ in both word and action.
