One of the biggest obstacles for administrators in the Early Childhood Education field continues to be establishing and maintaining a quality teaching team. From low teacher pay, high stress levels, and lack of stakeholder support, to challenging child behavior, attracting and retaining quality teachers can be a real struggle.
