Description
Many Christian schools fear drastic annual fund decline during a capital campaign and assume it is unavoidable. It is not. This session helps school leaders understand why annual giving remains essential before, during, and after a campaign, and how inaction often contributes to the very decline leaders hope to avoid. Participants will learn how intentional strategy, donor engagement, and realistic capacity planning allow capital campaigns and annual fundraising to succeed at the same time.
