Description

This session will provide a basic overview of IDEA (Individual with Disabilities Education Act) and ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) Title programs. As non-public schools attempt to open their doors to more diverse learners, leveraging the services and resources available through these two federal education programs can be foundational to student success. Not only understanding the programs but also learning how best to engage with your local public-school districts are two tools that should be in every non-public school’s toolbox.
