Transportation for private schools can be expensive and difficult to operate effectively and efficiently.  Fleet Lab helps schools target high potential student recruiting areas and provide low cost and safe transportation so getting to and from school is not a barrier for students.  In this session, we will explain our transportation-based enrollment analysis tools, provide detailed examples of how operating a right-sized system brings in new students, review how to understand family logistical needs in detail and show how to launch a system with minimal risk.
