Carol Miles is a professor in Vegetable Horticulture at Washington State University. Her areas of focus have been high value vegetable crops, including wasabi, pea shoots, edamame, niche-market dry beans, icebox watermelon, leafy greens, grafted vegetables, plasticulture and hard cider.
