Dick Woodward is a principal in Roots to Shoots, Inc. a product development company focused on the management of rhizosphere microbiology and regenerative agriculture. His emerging technology in Root Juice employs microbial elicitors to activate specific, beneficial soil microbes followed by mineral chemotaxis to attract crop roots to micro-colonies. He also pioneered the development and management of indigenous soil microbes for the in-situ bioremediation of hazardous waste under superfund. Formerly Dick developed plant growth regulator and mineral products for production agriculture for Stoller Enterprises. Dick received an M.A. in botany/plant physiology from the University of South Florida and a Ph.D. from Penn State University.
