Authentic Servant Leadership in a Christian School setting is critical to the culture of that community. Leaders and teacher alike, often desire to hone their own personal leadership skills to positively impact those with in their sphere of influence. This session will help leaders and teachers to better understand who is with in their sphere of influence. You will identify your five most important leadership constructs. We will then discuss the relationship of communication to those constructs. Finally we will examine the idea of authentic servant leadership as it relates to the portal of communication. All of these key concepts will be examined with a biblical world view in mind.
