Jesus said, "I am the good shepherd" (John 10:14) and "you have one instructor, the Christ" (Matthew 23:10). School leaders and educators can always learn more from our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. In this session, we will take a deep dive in analyzing the leadership and pedagogy of our Master Teacher and explore ways to apply the His (very) best practices in your leadership and teaching vocations. Along the way, we'll encourage one another as we confront educational challenges and our own shortcomings. We'll also take time to laugh and fellowship together as we celebrate the joys of the teaching and leading in our schools.
