This session will focus on the role of administrators in the evaluation of teaching staff. The goal of this session is for administrators to leave with an intentional and structured approach for staff evaluations and observations; including pre-observation and post-observation discussion and resources. In this session, attendees will receive valuable tools and resources that can be used and implemented immediately to make objectives clear to staff and to support staff when performing evaluations and observations. This session will help administrators become comfortable with the evaluation process and enable administrators to ease their staff�s anxiety surrounding the process as well. The approach shared in this session will enable administrators to be intentional with the evaluation and observation process to not only support their staff, but to align the process with their school�s mission, improvement plan, and goals.
