Description
This session is designed to expand and build upon procedures presented at a similar session at the 2021 conference. Attendees will have "learn by doing" experiences for teaching recorder fingerings, improvisation, and performance-ready selections A limited number of complimentary soprano recorders will be distributed.
Speakers
Learning Objective 1
Attendees will learn to extend the use of Orff, Kodaly, and Gordon techniques in the teaching of recorder skills, using fingerings with both hands

Attendees will learn to create performance-worthy selections with the use of an iOrff nstrumentarium
Learning Objective 3
Attendees willl learn to incorporate well-known orchestral works into recorder pedagogy
