Meaningful, Measurable, and Musical - Assessment Activities for the Elementary General Music Room

Saturday, January 29, 2022
3:00 PM - 3:45 PM

Description

With all the pressures that come with assessing students in the elementary general classroom, teachers need to find a way to make it meaningful, measurable, and musical. In this session, we will look at different assessment activities and strategies to help us learn the most about our students and inform our instruction in a fun, yet meaningful way. Additionally, we will look at practical rubrics and scales to help us develop a measurable tool that you can take back to your classroom. Virtual adaptations will also be provided for those who teach online.
