Bill Boswell has been teaching Mattawan Bands since 2008, after coming from the Dryden Community Schools where he was director of music for grades K-12 for two years. Bill Co-directs all aspects of the 6-12 band program with Beth Jonker.

Bill holds a B.M. in Music Education from Michigan State University and recently completed his M.E. in Educational Leadership at Grand Valley State University. He is an active adjudicator for Scholastic Marching Bands and the Michigan Color Guard Circuit as well as a number of indoor percussion circuits outside the state. He's also works as an arranger and consultant for the Legends Performing Arts Association as well as a number of high school programs.

In his spare time, Bill enjoys hiking, XC skiing, and spending time with his daughter, Charlee.
