Her expertise has shaped decarbonization roadmaps for notable clients globally, including Valley Metro Regional Public Transportation Authority, San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency, and esteemed Fortune 100 corporations.
 
Beyond her work desk, Shantelle's spirit finds its way to the heart of her community. She proudly sits as the Chair of the Mpact Innovators and offers her voice as an appointed advisor to the City of Denver’s Sustainability Advisory Council. When the day's work is done, Shantelle retreats to her mountain home, lost in laughter with her little one, tending to her backyard bees, and rocking out on the drums.
