Heather Martin, AICP, is a senior planner at WSP with experience in multi-modal transportation and policy analysis, bicycle and pedestrian planning, urban revitalization, and public involvement. Previously, she was the Central District Planner for the Baltimore City Department of Planning where she worked with community groups, developers, and agency partners on neighborhood revitalization and development. She received her B.A. in English from New York University and her M.C.R.P. in Urban and Regional Planning (Transportation Concentration) from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy.
