Jing is a highly motivated and visionary transit planning leader with 16 years of progressive experience in both public and private sectors. She currently serves as the interim Vice President of Service Planning and Scheduling for the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART). Alongside her team, Jing developed DART’s new bus network, led North America’s largest microtransit program, and spearheaded the agency’s first comprehensive fare study in its 42-year history. Now one of her major initiatives is to lead the cross-functional coordination internally and externally to position DART ready to support the FIFA World Cup 2026.
Jing won the WTS DFW Chapter's Innovative Transportation Solutions Award 2023, claimed the Mass Transit Magazine's 40 Under 40 Award 2024, obtained the Executive Leadership certification from Southern Methodist University (SMU) Cox School of Business in 2024, and was selected into the transit industry’s most prestigious program “Leadership APTA” Class of 2026. She constantly mentors students at SMU and the Irma Rangel Young Women’s Leadership School, the first public all-girls school in Texas.
