Thomas Brennan is the national Director of Business Strategy for Nelson\Nygaard Consulting Associates.  During his 25 years in the industry, he has focused on developing cohesive neighborhoods and cities centered on transit and human-scale mobility.   His professional expertise spans transit service planning, bus rapid transit and rail transit planning, transit oriented development planning, and multimodal mobility strategies.  Thomas lives in Portland, Oregon and spends much of his time working with clients there, in Vancouver, BC, Seattle, San Francisco, Denver, Salt Lake City and around North America.
