Breen loves to walk and discover the moments of wonder that can only be observed at that speed. She is an urban planner and mobility specialist with 21 years of experience including  leadership in multimodal access planning and transit-oriented communities. She is a creative professional whose passion lies at the intersection of transportation and land use. She  practices a collaborative approach to managing teams and projects, with a focus on equity. Breen has an undergraduate degree in architecture from Washington University in St. Louis and a graduate degree in public administration from the University of Pittsburgh. She recently won the WTS Pittsburgh Woman of the Year award.
