Breen Masciotra, AICP, EcoDistricts AP is a senior project manager with evolve environment::architecture. She is an urban planner and transportation specialist with 19 years of experience including leadership in multimodal access planning, community development, transit-oriented communities, and public policy. Breen is a creative professional whose passion lies at the intersection of transportation and land use. She practices a collaborative approach to managing teams and projects, with a focus on equity.

Breen has an undergraduate degree in architecture from Washington University in St. Louis (2002) and a graduate degree in public administration from the University of Pittsburgh (2008). She was recently named WTS Pittsburgh's Woman of the Year for 2023. A long-time Pittsburgher, Breen enjoys exploring cities and natural areas near and far.
