Jen has over 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors implementing large transportation and public infrastructure projects. Over the years, Jen has worked on light rail, streetcar, commuter and intercity rail, bus, and transit facility planning and capital projects. In 2021, she joined the Austin Transit Partnership, which was then a new organization designed to deliver new transit services to Austin, TX. In that position, she is responsible for navigating federal process requirements, ensuring robust community engagement, and planning efforts for a new light rail system. She has also served as a mentor in the annual mentorship program for the WTS Metro Phoenix chapter, and is a member of the MPact Board and National Steering Committee.
