Logan Axelson is the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority's (SEPTA's) Deputy Program Director for Trolley Modernization, the complete replacement of the largest streetcar fleet in the United States with accessible vehicles and stations. He is a multimodal transportation planner with a decade of experience in transit, bicycle, and pedestrian planning. As the lead planner for Trolley Modernization, he leads design studies, coordinates federal funding and program development efforts, and leads public outreach for a B+ transformation of Greater Philadelphia's streetcar network. Logan received a Master of Regional Planning from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Urban Studies from Temple University.
