Dalia Leven is the National Planning Lead for Transit and Shared Mobility at Cambridge Systematics based in Washington, DC. She has 19 years of experience planning for the future of multimodal mobility, focused on transit planning and analysis, travel demand forecasting, and measuring the impacts of proposed changes. She has experience leading projects of all scales around the country, including multiple large-scale regional bus system redesigns, BRT plans, corridor studies, and long-range plans.  Throughout her work, Ms. Leven uses her unique expertise to combine the technical areas of modeling, planning, and engineering to distill highly technical analysis to decision-makers and the public in a way that is understandable and useful.
