Kate Lyman, AICP is a transit planner with over 18 years of experience in transit and transportation planning. She has served as a planner at TriMet since 2014 and in that time has worked both in service planning and capital planning, and on both short- and long-range plans and projects. She currently serves as the Manager of Service Planning and Development for long-range planning, where she leads a team of planners who focus on developing and managing the vision for TriMet’s future service growth. A long-time transit rider, she enjoys working towards improvements to the transit system in her hometown of Portland.
