Al Raine is AECOM's National Practice Leader in Transit-Oriented Development. He has advised transit agencies, local governments, and developers throughout the US and is the principal author of the recent Guide to Joint Development for Public Transportation Agencies (Transportation Research Board, 2021). Al's key projects include Denver Union Station and Boston's Assembly Square. He is the former CEO of the Massachusetts Port Authority and Massachusetts Secretary of Economic Development and is a daily MBTA rider.
