“Ashley Lickliter is an enthusiastic multimodal transportation engineer who has supported more than 20 Bus Rapid Transit projects nationwide. She graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Economics. Ashley is a graduate of the Leadership American Public Transportation Association (APTA) Class of 2020/2021 and recognized as one of Engineering News-Record's (ENR's) 2019 National Top 20 Under 40 for her outstanding contributions to the transportation industry. She has been with Kimley-Horn for 23 years and serves as a Senior Vice President and Transit Practice Leader. Ashley is passionate about advancing equitable multimodal travel and feels honored to be a part of numerous project teams bringing first bus rapid transit systems to their communities.”
